LANCASTER, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall's women's cross country team start the 2018 season with a core group of returners and a lot of new faces looking to push the team into another strong year.

Athletes to Watch
The Diplomats will have to make up the production of Grace Adams, who graduated last year and was a constant member of the top-seven squad for her four years on campus. F&M will add some depth to the squad with an eight-member first-year class that will be immediate contenders in the lineup.
Frazier delivered a dominant rookie campaign last season, securing one of the top-three spots in the Diplomats' lineup. Frazier led the group at last year's Mideast Regionals with a time of 24:34.5 (111th). Privitere and Worthy remained constant in the top-seven for F&M both running season bests at the Paul Short White with Privitere clocking in at 25:22.2 and Worthy finishing at the 26:24.2 mark.
The Road Ahead
The women's cross country team begins its fall season by hosting the annual Alumni 5K with Millersville at Baker Campus on Saturday, Sept. 1 at 10:00 a.m. The Little Three Meet takes place on Friday, Sept. 7 at 6:00 p.m. and will be hosted by Gettysburg.
Haverford will host the women's Centennial Conference Championships, which take place on Saturday, Oct. 27 at 11:00 a.m., while the NCAA Mid-East Regionals are set for Saturday, Nov. 10 at 11:00 a.m. and are being hosted by DeSales.
