CC Playoff Picture: Franklin & Marshall enters the final week of the regular season with a perfect 9-0 mark in Centennial Conference (CC) action. With a win against Johns Hopkins on Saturday, the Diplomats will earn the top seed in the playoffs and earn hosting rights for the CC Tournament for the first time since 2013.

Series History: F&M travels to Cabrini for a non-conference matchup on Wednesday. The Diplomats hold a 10-4 record and won the last meeting in 2016. 

The Diplomats return home on Saturday for the final regular-season CC game against Johns Hopkins owning a 25-19 advantage and a 10-9 record at home.   

Last Meetings: The Diplomats came away with a 3-0 (25-21, 25-19, 25-10) victory over Cabrini on Oct. 8, 2016. Ellie Ezekiel led the offense with 17 kills, followed by Sarah Landry with 12.

F&M fell to Johns Hopkins 3-0 (25-20, 25-17, 25-13) last season. Barbara Kapustin paced the offense with six kills and two digs while Grace Maggiore notched 12 assists and seven digs.

Senior Day: Before the start of Saturday's regular-season finale against Johns Hopkins, F&M will honor its two-member senior class of Lydia Budd and Barbara Kapustin.

In the Rankings: F&M sits in the No. 9 spot for the Mid-Atlantic Region. Juniata leads the rankings while CC competitors Johns Hopkins and Muhlenberg are sixth and 10th, respectively. The second set of rankings are set to be released on Wednesday and will be made available here.  

Among the Leaders (NCAA): Maggiore currently ranks in the top-50 across all Division III teams in two categories. The sophomore is 14th in services aces with 58 on the year and ranks 41st in aces per set with a 0.68 average.

As a team, F&M ranks 29th in total service aces with 219 on the year and places 43rd after averaging 2.49 aces per set. 

Among the Leaders (CC): First-year Allison Franke ranks in the top-10 in the Conference in multiple categories, including hitting percentage (9th - .256), kills per set (9th - 2.70), and total kills (4th - 251) while Casey Morrow sits third in hitting percentage at .310. Maggiore ranks first in aces per set (0.69), sits third in assists per set, averaging 9.02, and ranks 10th with 291 digs. Carly Ostrowski ranks eighth in total digs with 274.

Salko Reaches 300: With a 3-2 victory over Gettysburg on Oct. 10, head coach Mary Kate Salko reached her 300th career win. Only two other Centennial coaches have reached this milestone. Salko became F&M's winningest coach in 2016, passing Steve Coulson (251).
