Series History: Franklin & Marshall resumes Centennial Conference (CC) action to open the week, traveling to McDaniel on Wednesday for the 64th meeting between the two schools. The Green Terror own a slight 13-12 edge when playing in Westminster.

The Diplomats return on Friday to take on No. 6 Juniata. The Eagles hold a 17-3 advantage in the overall record with F&M's last win coming in 1979.

F&M closes out the week with a tri-match at home, first taking on Ursinus with the Diplomats currently owning a 33-game winning-streak against the Bears. F&M then takes on Marywood, who the Diplomats own a slight 3-1 edge over. 

Last Meetings: The Diplomats dropped a hard-fought 3-2 (23-25, 25-15, 25-15, 16-25, 9-15) match to McDaniel in the First Round of the CC Tournament last season. Setter Grace Maggiore recorded a double-double of 41 assists, 11 digs, and four service aces. Casey Morrow led the offense with 11 kills and one service ace.

F&M fell to Juniata by a 3-0 (25-15, 25-12, 25-22) tally in Huntingdon, Pa. last year. Morrow led the offense with seven kills on the match. Maggiore recorded 18 assists and led the team with five digs and three service aces.

The Diplomats notched a 3-0 (25-17, 25-9, 27-25) over the Bears in last season's matchup. Barbara Kapustin and Grace Polisano paced the offense with nine kills each. Setter Maggiore recorded a double-double with 30 assists, 11 digs, and six kills.

F&M recorded a 3-0 (25-16, 25-19, 20-20) victory over Marywood in its annual Scramble Tournament back in 2011.

CC POTW: Barbara Kapustin was named the Centennial Conference (CC) Player of the Week for volleyball, announced by the league office on Monday. The honor was the first in the senior's career and marked the second-straight week a Diplomat earned the accolade.

Among the Leaders (NCAA): Maggiore currently ranks in the top-50 across all Division III teams in two categories. The sophomore is 16th in services aces with 43 on the year and ranks 36th in aces per set with a 0.74 average. As a team, F&M ranks 36th in total service aces with 151 on the year so far. 

Among the Leaders (CC): First-year Allison Franke sits in the top-10 in the Conference in multiple categories, including hitting percentage (5th - .300), kills per set (7th - 2.78), and total kills (4th - 161). Kapustin ranks 10th in total kills with 132 while Morrow sits sixth in hitting percentage at .299. Maggiore ranks first in aces per set (0.70) and sits third in assists per set, averaging 9.03. Carly Ostrowski ranks eighth in aces per set with 0.54.

Closing in on 300: In the midst of her 16th season as head coach, Mary Kate Salko is only four games away from reaching 300 career wins. Only two other Centennial coaches have reached this milestone. Salko became F&M's winningest coach in 2016, passing Steve Coulson (251).
