Series History: F&M enters play this weekend at the F&M Scramble with three matches slated for Sunday. The Diplomats kick off the action with their first-ever game against Mt. St. Vincent, followed by contests against Cabrini and Susquehanna.
Against Cabrini, F&M has the edge in the all-time series at 8-2. Last time out, the Diplomats swept the Cavaliers 3-0 (25-21, 25-17, 25-17) in Lancaster back on Oct. 3, 2009.
F&M has dominated the all-time series against Susquehanna, holding a 20-8 advantage, including wins in the last nine matchups. These teams faced off in last year's Scramble with the Diplomats coming away with a 3-2 (16-25,25-23,25-20,23-25,15-10) triumph on Sept. 16.
Last Week: F&M continued its strong start to the 2013 season, cruising to a 4-0 week that included sweeps in every contest and now sit at 8-0 on the year. The Diplomats have won 18-straight sets after sweeps on Friday against Central Penn. and York, followed by dominating victories over Penn. State-Altoona and Lebanon Valley at the LVC Tournament.

LVC All-Tournament Honors: Guiding their team to a perfect 4-0 mark in Annville, Caroline Hubbard and Emily Gerard earned all-tournament honors for F&M.
Hubbard recorded 88 assists in nine sets for a 9.78 average, served seven aces, had 16 digs, three blocks, and added four kills.
Gerard notched 28 kills in the tournament over 12 sets for a 2.33 average. The freshman outside hitter tallied a .243 hitting percentage over the course of four contests.
Closing in on 200: With the Diplomats best start since 2004, when F&M opened the season at 5-0, head coach Mary Kate Boland has now amassed 197 career wins, placing her a mere three shy of 200.
Only one other coach in the history of the program has reached the 200-win plateau; Steve Coulson, who had 251 victories over a span of 12 seasons.
