WEST POINT, N.Y. - Samantha Greenberg finished fourth in the heptathlon as the lone representative of the Franklin & Marshall women's track & field team at the Army Dick Shea Open on Saturday. Greenberg totaled 3014 points to nab fourth out of the five competitors that competed in each of the seven events.
Greenberg's top finish of the day came in the 800 meters, as she took second with a time of 2:40.83. She placed third in the 200 meters (27.73) and fourth in the long jump (4.20m). Greenberg also finished fifth in the 100 meter hurdles (18.25), high jump (1.38m) and javelin (14.14m), while also placing sixth in the shot put (6.59m).
The Diplomats return to action next Saturday at the Millersville Metrics.
