Lawrenceville, NJ -- Franklin & Marshall's women's 4x400 relay team set a school and Centennial Conference (CC) record this weekend at the Princeton Invitational. The team of Megan Hunter, Sheena Crawley, Caitlin Regan and Henley Siegrist turned in a time of 4:02.15. The invitational was a non-team scoring meet featuring athletes from all three divisions.
F&M's relay team reset Gettysburg's record set in 2001. The Bullets ran a 4:06.37 at CC Champions that year. Hunter ran the seventh fastest 400-meter with a time of 59.10. Sheena Crawley turned in the second fastest mile time, crossing the line at 5:06.37.
Kristen Marinaccio finished in third place in the long jump. Marinaccio recorded a distance of 16' 15.75". Catherine Westerduin placed sixth with a jump of 15' 6.25".
Franklin & Marshall returns to action next Saturday and
Sunday for the CC Championships hosted by Haverford.
