Diplomats Bounce Back with Drubbing of Mules

ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall's women's tennis team, ranked No. 15 in the Atlantic South region, got back to its winning ways on Sunday with a 9-0 blanking of Muhlenberg.

The Centennial Conference (CC) victory improved the Diplomats to 9-6, 6-3 CC while the Mules fell to 0-10, 0-8 CC. 

By the Numbers 

F&M outscored Muhlenberg by a 24-4 score in doubles action and won each of the six singles contests in straight sets. Kathryn Hanly (No. 6) earned her first career singles victory with a 6-2, 6-2 win. Allison Wolters picked up the 30th singles win of her career after rolling to a 6-1, 6-2 victory at No. 1.
