LANCASTER, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall's Caitlin Rummelsburg has been named the Centennial Conference (CC) Women's Tennis Player of the Week, announced Monday. The honor is the first of her career and the third of the season for the Diplomats.
Rummelsburg went 2-0 in both singles and doubles action last week to lead F&M to a 2-0 record in CC play. The Diplomats have now won six straight matches including wins in 10 out of their last 11 contests. F&M's 12 victories on the season match its highest win total since the 1999-2000 season.

On Saturday against Ursinus, Rummelsburg cruised at No. 1 singles (6-3, 6-0), while pairing with Sahaydachny at No. 1 in doubles for the 8-0 shutout as F&M rolled to an 8-1 win over the Bears.
