Kunkle Cards 88 for Second Place on First Day of Centennial Conference Women's Golf Championship

BERLIN, MD -- Franklin & Marshall College's Jessica Kunkle (Jr., Centre Hall, PA/State College) shot 88 to place second in the individual standings through day one at the Centennial Conference Women's Golf Championship at Eagles Landing Golf Course.

Overall, she is 13 strokes off the pace of leader Kelly Cramp of McDaniel who shot 75 to lead McDaniel (360) to first place as the Green Terror hold a 37 stroke lead over second place Gettysburg (397). Muhlenberg (441) ranks third, while F&M (467) and Dickinson (474) round out the top five teams.

For the Diplomats, Maggie Charleroy (So., Cranbury, NJ/Princeton) shot 114, Simronjt Sandhu (Fr., Lebanon, PA/Cedar Crest) carded a 126 and Alexis Felder (Fr., Keene, NH/Keene) shot 139.

Franklin & Marshall will continue the championship on April 25 in the final round of the tournament.
