Hamill returns for her senior campaign having received All-CC Second Team honors as the Conference's leading rebounder and fourth-leading scorer, ending the year averaging 10.2 rebounds and 16.6 points per game. It marked the second consecutive year that Hamill has garnered All-CC honors. Hamill scored in double-digits in 18 out of 20 games, with a season-high (30) against Muhlenberg on Jan. 12.
Williams delivered an impressive rookie season last year. The forward finished second on the team, and third in the CC, in rebounds per game (9.9) and third on the team in points per game (7.9). The first-year picked up double-digit boards in 14 of 24 games, including 19 rebounds, a career-high, against Washington and Lee on Nov. 18. Parsons was fourth on the team in points per game (7.6) and rebounds per game (4.0) in her junior year.
Elbon Returns to F&M Bench
Beth Elbon was named the interim head coach ahead of the 2019-20 season for the Diplomats. Kirsten Richter, who has been the head coach for the previous nine years, stepped down from her coaching role for the season to accept additional duties in F&M's Office of Student Affairs. She plans to return to the bench as the head coach of the Diplomats for the 2020-21 season. Elbon was at the helm of the Diplomats from 1998-06, holding a 96-77 record in that time, with four CC Semifinal appearances and two Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference (ECAC) Playoff showings.
