Series History: Franklin & Marshall closes out 2018 in California, taking on two new rivals, first in Grove City on Saturday, Dec. 29 and then host UC Santa Cruz on Sunday to close out the weekend. 

The Diplomats resume Centennial Conference (CC) action in the New Year with a matchup against Ursinus on Saturday, Jan. 5. F&M holds a slight 32-29 edge, including taking three of the last five contests.

Last Meeting with Ursinus: A strong fourth quarter helped Ursinus to a 74-58 win on Jan. 31 last season. Haley Pilone dropped 20 points, going 4-for-10 from behind the arc. Kristin Hamill delivered a double-double with 14 points and 16 boards.

Among the Leaders (NCAA): As a team, the Diplomats rank 25th across Division III in blocked shots per game, averaging 5.1 per game.

First-year Kenna Williams ranks 19th in blocked shots per game (2.75), 24th in offensive rebounds per game (5), and 32nd in total blocks with 22. 

Sarah Pisani sits 20th in assists per game with 5.8 while Pilone stands at 42nd in three-pointers per game, averaging 2.88. 

Among the Leaders (CC): Pisani leads the Conference in assists per game while Williams ranks first in blocks per game and second in rebounds per game at 10.1. Pilone ranks second, averaging 16.4 points per game.  

Pilone Reaches 1,000: With 15 points in F&M's 76-67 win over McDaniel on Dec. 8 this year, Pilone became the 15th player in program history to reach 1,000 career points. 

Pisani Dishes It Out: As part of F&M's 47-38 win over Swarthmore on Dec. 1 earlier this season, Pisani tallied four assists to set the program record with 368 in her career, passing Sarah Meisenberg '09 (367).  

Pilone from the Arc: Against Haverford, on Nov. 27 this season, Pilone reset the program mark for career three-pointers made (179), passing Dana Johns '06.
