F&M on Top After Day One


LANCASTER, Pa. – Franklin & Marshall's men's swimming team finished in the lead after the first day of competition for their annual invitational. The Diplomats acquired 237 points, followed by Washington & Lee with 201. The 200-yard Freestyle Relay team led the way with a program record after a 1:23.54 finish to start the night.

Additional Notes: Heading into the weekend, F&M had several swimmers with times in the top-50 across Division III: 


            50-yard Freestyle – 11th – 21.02 

            100-yard Freestyle – 35th – 47.29


            200-yard Backstroke – 32nd – 1:55.62

400-yard Freestyle Relay (Moskus, Gould, Sanders, Schiavone) – 15th – 3:10.90

200-yard Medley Relay (Wahl, Graminski, Sanders, Schiavone) – 26th – 1:36.17
