A pair of critical Centennial Conference (CC) matchups line No. 21 Franklin & Marshall's schedule this week as CC Playoff seeding will largely be determined based on the outcomes. The Diplomats host Gettysburg on Wednesday in a rematch of last year's CC Semifinals, while Washington heads to town on Saturday as F&M hosts Senior Day at Tylus Field.
CC Playoff Picture: The margin for error in the CC Playoff picture is incredibly thin with only three regular-season games remaining for the Diplomats. Just three points separate the first-and sixth-place teams as F&M enters the week in fifth with 11 points.

Series History: F&M has overpowered Gettysburg with a 10-match winning streak against the Bullets, dating back to 2009. The last win that Gettysburg can claim against the Diplomats in Lancaster occurred all the way back in 2007 - a 2-1 OT decision on Nov. 3.
The series history against Washington has been equally as dominant as F&M is 11-0-3 in its last 14 matchups with the Shoremen.
In the Rankings: The Diplomats' continue to be recognized nationally and currently sit at No. 21 according to the United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division III poll. Johns Hopkins is the only other CC institution to appear on the list, as the Blue Jays moved up to No. 17.

Last Week: F&M went 1-1 last week by shutting down No. 21 Stevens 1-0 on Tuesday and following with a 4-1 loss against Johns Hopkins on Saturday.
A.J. Kopacz's 61st-minute score provided the Diplomats all of their necessary firepower against Stevens. Goalkeeper Christopher Amoruso earned his fifth shutout of the year with a six-save effort, including five in the second half.

Against Hopkins, F&M fought back to tie the game at 1-1 with a 16th-minute score from Ryan Corr before the Blue Jays' rattled off the next three goals. Despite the unfavorable outcome, the Diplomats led the shot count by a commanding 24-12 margin with a 13-7 edge in the second half.

Among the Leaders: Jim Connolly and Ugo Okolie sit atop the CC leaders in assists with five each. The duo shares the honor with Haverford's Nick Janelli. A.J. Kopacz is tied for sixth in points with 12, while he places sixth in goals with six. Connor Whitacre is close behind with his five scores on the season.
In net, Christopher Amoruso's .783 save percentage ranks fourth, while his 0.86 goals against average is third.
As a team, the Diplomats place third in goals scored per game with a 2.07 average, while F&M's 0.92 goals against average is third.
Record Book Watch: Okolie continues to climb the ranks of the program's career assists leaders and now places third with 20. Brandon Corday '07 leads the program with 25. Ryan Fincher and Jim Connolly are close behind in 12th place with 14 helpers each in their careers.
Goalkeeper Christopher Amoruso broke the top-10 for career shutouts and now places in a tie for sixth with 10. Zach Zamek '10 holds the record with 25.
Late Game Heroics: The Diplomats have outscored their opponents by a 4-0 margin in the final five minutes of regulation and throughout overtime this season. F&M is unbeaten in overtime games with a 2-0-2 record.
Not Cutting Any Corners: F&M ranks 12th in Division III with an average of 7.14 corner-kick opportunities per game.
Spreading the Wealth: As a team, the Diplomats place 54th in the nation in assists per game with a 1.86 average.
Defending the Home Turf: F&M is 8-0-2 in its last eight games at Tylus Field, an unbeaten streak that dates back to Oct. 3, 2017. The Diplomats haven't dropped a CC game at home since Oct. 31, 2015, holding a 9-0-3 record in their previous 10 Conference contests in Lancaster.
Closing in on 200: In the midst of his 17th season at the helm of F&M's program, head coach Dan Wagner enters the week just eight wins shy of reaching 200 career wins.
He holds a 192-84-40 overall record and became the program's all-time wins leader in 2012. Only four other coaches in the history of the CC reached the 200-victory milestone, with the leader being Johns Hopkins' Matt Smith with 240.
