Series History 

F&M is set to square off with No. 4 Amherst for the first time in history on Friday at the 2019 Mustang Classic, hosted by Stevenson in Owings Mills, Md.

The following day, a quick turn around sees the Diplomats battle No. 10 Denison for the 18th all-time matchup. F&M trails that series by a 10-7 margin dating back to 1962 but has won each of the previous three meetings.

Tickets for F&M's two games this week are as follows: Adults ($10), Seniors ($8), Students ($5), while Children under 12 are free. 

Rankings

The Diplomats continued to inch their way up the national rankings and improved one spot from last week to No. 14. The Centennial continues to be heavily represented in the top-20 with Dickinson (No. 8), Ursinus (No. 9) and Gettysburg (No. 11) all making the cut. Swarthmore also received votes. Complete Poll.

Records Watch

• Junior Kevin Mollihan is third all-time with 147 goals. Additionally, he also ranks seventh with 183 points.
• Senior George Briggs sits at 12th in F&M history in assists (75).
Scott Hatch is currently 10th all-time in saves, with 300 stops. 

Last Week

A 21-16 win over Messiah in New Rochelle, N.Y. last Saturday improved the Diplomats to 4-1 on the year with the team's fourth-straight win. Kevin Mollihan led F&M with five scores and one assist while fellow attackers Luke Keating and Blake Target followed with three scores each. Goalkeeper Scott Hatch earned the win in net with a seven-save effort. Recap

Last Time We Met Denison

The Diplomats last played the Big Red in 2005, edging Denison by a 9-8 margin on a game-winner from Colin Hanley. Hanley, who netted two, was helped out offensively by Cyrus Adams (4 goals, 1 assist), Bobby Atkins (1 goal, 1 assist), and Steve Welsh (3 assists). 

In goal, Mike Sartorius recorded 16 saves, while Denison's Alex Baruch made 15 saves.

F&M won 17-of-19 faceoffs and won out in ground balls 45-29.
