LANCASTER, Pa. – Cameron Warner was named to the Division III PING All-America Third Team announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America. The honor is the first All-America award for Warner and the seventh in program history.
Warner (Richmond, Va./St. Christopher's School) won four tournament titles this season, placed in the top five on nine occasions and had 11 top-ten finishes. The 2012 Centennial Conference champion ranked second in the conference and first on the team with a 76.8 stroke average over 20 rounds, with his best round at the F&M Spring Invitational when he carded a one-under 70.
He led F&M to one of the most successful seasons on record. The Diplomats won seven tournament titles, including their fifth Centennial Conference crown.
The senior was the only player from the Centennial Conference to earn All-America status this season.
