Patrick Conrad joined the Franklin & Marshall football staff in 2018, bringing with him more than 25 years of coaching experience to Lancaster. He most notably coached at Red Lion High School for 15 seasons, including nine as the head coach. During his tenure, Red Lion made the playoffs on six occasions and ranked as high as No. 8 in the state. Conrad also had stints as an assistant at Penn Manor and head coach at Carlisle
A graduate of Dickinson, Conrad helped lead the Red Devils to four Centennial Conference Championships (1989-92) as a three-year starter at wideout. The Red Devils made the postseason each year during that span and were ranked in the top-25 all four seasons.
Conrad is the Dean of Students at Landisville Middle School in the Hempfield School District. He and his wife, Biljana, have two children, Nikholina and Jack and live in Lancaster.
