LANCASTER, Pa. – The Franklin & Marshall Football Team donated 12,000 diapers to the Water Street Ministries Shelter that will provide children with diapers for the next three months at the shelter. Since its inception in 2012, The Little Dips Diaper Drive has collected more than 70,000 diapers for the children living at Water Street.
The diapers were collected on Oct. 27 when the Diplomats defeated Moravian 40-6. Last year, the Football Leadership Society donated 12,500 diapers to the Water Street Ministries Shelter.
"We are thankful for the support from the F&M community and to our student-athletes who helped with this community outreach project and who understand the importance of giving back to the community." said coach John Troxell. "This shows the incredible generosity of our alumni, parents, and fans who helped make this another successful drive,"
