Franklin & Marshall’s men’s rowing team continued its ascent as one of the Mid-Atlantic Rowing Conference’s (MARC) top programs in 2018, earning several weekly accolades due to top performances throughout the regular season, before capping off the year with notable showings at the MARC Championships and prestigious Dad Vail Regatta.
Franklin & Marshall’s men’s rowing team competed at the prestigious Jefferson Dad Vail Regatta in Philadelphia on Friday. A pair of boats took to the water for the Diplomats at the 80th annual event. Both advanced into the tomorrow’s Petite Finals of their respective races.

Men’s rowing held its own against top competition across all three NCAA Divisions throughout the 2015-16 campaign, closing out its season in historic fashion when the duo of James Nelson ’17 and Sean Hyland ’18 advanced to the Varsity Pair Semifinals at the prestigious 2016 Dad Vail Regatta in Philadelphia on May 14.
