On Saturday, F&M travels to Chestertown, Md. looking to improve on a 50-17 all-time record against Washington. The Shoremen also claimed the first win in this year's series after stunning the Diplomats at home, but the previous six contests before that game all went F&M's way.
The Diplomats ranked first in the Centennial and 45th nationwide with 9.1 steals per game. Ignas Slyka leads the way with 2.53 steals a contest, ranking him first in the CC and 21st nationwide.
F&M's defense has been its calling card throughout the 2018-19 season as the Diplomats place second in the Centennial and 13th in the country in fewest points per game allowed at 63.4.
J.C. McGrath's six double-doubles heading into the week are the second most in the CC and rank him 97th nationwide.
