LANCASTER, Pa. - Schedules for Franklin & Marshall's spring athletic teams were announced and are available for viewing at GoDiplomats.com. Click on the links above to access each team's 2019 slate of contests.

The Diplomats begin their 2019 season on the road with a doubleheader against Guilford (11:00 a.m.) and Greensboro (3:30 p.m.) on Saturday, Feb. 23 in North Carolina. The next day, F&M takes on one of five teams on its schedule that either ranks or received votes in Collegiate Baseball's Preseason Poll when the Diplomats face No. 7 Randolph-Macon at 1:00 p.m.
F&M's opening home competition features a doubleheader against William Paterson on March 23, beginning at 12:00 p.m. Centennial Conference (CC) action opens against McDaniel on March 30 with a pair of games starting at noon, while the CC Tournament is set for May 2-5.
The Diplomats' men's golf team starts off the spring portion of their schedule at the McDaniel Spring Invitational on March 30-31, the first of three regular-season tournaments currently on the slate for F&M's spring season.
Muhlenberg is once again tasked with hosting duties for the CC Championship, which will be held at the Brookside Country Club in Allentown from April 26-28, while the four-round NCAA Championship is taking place in Nicholasville, Ky. on May 14-17.
Women's golf is in the process of finalizing the spring portion of their schedule. Keep tabs on the team's schedule at GoDiplomats.com, which will be updated once more information becomes available.
The 2019 Centennial Championship is set for April 27-28, with the two-day event once again taking place at Conestoga Country Club in Lancaster.
F&M enters the year with Inside Lacrosse's No. 16 ranking as the Diplomats begin the season against No. 19 Lynchburg at home on Saturday, Feb. 16 at 12:00 p.m. The 2019 slate features six teams ranked in the preseason top-20, including meetings with No. 5 Amherst (March 15) and No. 10 Denison (March 16) on the campus of Stevenson University, as well as CC foes No. 6 Gettysburg (March 27) and No. 14 Dickinson (April 24).
CC play opens on the road against Swarthmore on March 23 at 3:00 p.m., while Conference Semifinals are slated for Wednesday, May 1 with the CC Championship occurring that following Saturday.
Women's Lacrosse heads into 2019 with the No. 7 ranking according to Inside Lacrosse and opens the year on the road against Washington & Lee on Saturday, Feb. 23 at 1:00 p.m. F&M's home opener is the following Thursday (Feb. 28) against No. 5 York.
Centennial play begins on the road against Swarthmore on Saturday, March 23 at noon, while a critical showdown against CC rival No. 1 Gettysburg is set for Wednesday, April 3 in Shadek Stadium. The CC Tournament runs from May 1-5, with the NCAA Final Four taking place on May 25-26 in Ashland, Va.
Men's and Women's Rowing
F&M's men's and women's rowing teams open the spring portion of their 2019 schedules by competing against St. Mary's College of Maryland on Friday, March 15, before traveling to the Washington College Invitational on Saturday, March. 30.
The annual Knecht Cup in Cherry Hill, N.J. is slated for April 13-14 while the Kerr Cup in Philadelphia takes place on April 20. Mid-Atlantic Rowing Conference (MARC) Championships, are set for Saturday, April 27 in Lewisberry. Both the men's and women's teams are also expected to compete in the prestigious Dad Vail Regatta, which takes place in Philadelphia on May 10-11.
Softball takes to the road to begin the spring when F&M squares off against Mary Baldwin for a pair of contests on Saturday, Feb. 23, beginning at 2:00 p.m. The Diplomats home opener will be against Arcadia on Thursday, March 21 at 3:00 p.m., while Conference action will also start at Baker Field when Washington heads to Lancaster on Saturday, March 30.
The Centennial Tournament opens on Tuesday, April 30 and concludes on May 3-4.
Men's and Women's Tennis
The men's side begins 2019 by facing last year's NCAA qualifier Washington & Lee on Friday, Feb. 22 at the Hempfield Rec Center in Landisville, Pa. F&M's women's side opens the spring season by competing against Mary Washington on Saturday, Feb. 16 at the Eagle Indoor Invitational in Fredericksburg, Va., before facing Salisbury the following day.
Haverford will serve as the home openers for both the men's and women's teams with the men facing the Fords on Saturday, April 6 while the women compete against their Conference rival on Saturday, March 30. The Conference Tournament begins with the First Round on Wednesday, May 1 and concludes with the Semifinal and Championship matches on May 4-5.
Men's and Women's Outdoor Track & Field
The outdoor season for F&M's men's and women's track & field teams is currently set to begin on Saturday, March 23 at a time and location that has yet to be determined, before the squads travel to Gettysburg for the annual Little Three Meet on Saturday, March 30.
The CC Outdoor Championships are hosted by Muhlenberg and run from May 3-5, while the NCAA Outdoor Championships take place in Alliance, Ohio on the campus of Mount Union and run from May 23-25.
