LANCASTER, Pa. - Schedules for Franklin & Marshall's fall athletic teams have been announced and are available for viewing at GoDiplomats.com. Click on the links above to access each team's 2016 slate of contests.
Fans can utilize the "Add to Calendar" button, which allows the synchronization of new events and updates directly in their Google, Exchange, Yahoo, Outlook, ICal and additional calendars.

The Diplomats begin their 2016 schedule on the road against Elizabethtown on Thursday, Sept. 1 at 5:00 p.m. before returning to Tylus for F&M's home opener against Rowan on Saturday, Sept. 3 at 12:00 p.m.
Centennial Conference (CC) action picks up on Saturday, Sept. 17 against Swarthmore in Lancaster. Conference playoffs open with the first round on Wednesday, Nov. 2, with the finals scheduled for Sunday, Nov. 6. The first round of the NCAA Tournament starts Wednesday, Nov. 9, while the championship is set for Sunday, Nov. 20 in Geneva, N.Y.
For the third consecutive season, football kicks off its schedule against Lebanon Valley with the 2016 opener taking place at home on Saturday, Sept. 3 at 1:00 p.m. The Diplomats take to the road the following weekend for F&M's conference opener against Muhlenberg on Saturday, Sept. 10 at 1:00 p.m.
Homecoming & Family Weekend will feature a matchup against McDaniel on Saturday, Oct. 15 at Sponaugle-Williamson Field with a 1:00 p.m. kickoff. The annual Battle of the Wagon against Dickinson (Oct. 1) and the Lincoln Trophy Game against Gettysburg (Nov. 12) will each take place on the road, with the matchup versus the Bullets bringing a close to the regular season.
F&M hits the road to open 2016 with a matchup against Alvernia on Thursday, Sept. 1 at 7:00 p.m. The season's first home contest at Tylus Field is slated for Sunday, Sept. 4 against the first of five NCAA Qualifiers that appear on the Diplomats' schedule when Lycoming comes to town for a 1:00 p.m. game.
CC play kicks off against Swarthmore on the road Saturday, Sept 17 at 7:00 p.m, while the first round of the conference playoffs are set for Wednesday, Nov. 2 with the finals on Sunday, Nov. 6. The Diplomats will look to get back to the Sweet 16 for the fourth straight season when the Tournament gets underway with the opening round on Saturday, Nov. 12 and culminating with the National Championship game in Greensboro, N.C. on Saturday, Dec. 3.
F&M women's soccer hosts Shenandoah on Thursday, Sept. 1 at 7:00 p.m. for the Diplomats' season and home opener at Tylus Field. CC competition starts on the road against Swarthmore (Sept. 17), while the regular season comes to a close with Dickinson traveling to Lancaster for a 1:00 p.m. matchup on Saturday, Oct. 29.
Conference playoffs kick off with the first round on Wednesday, Nov. 2, with the CC Championship slated for Sunday, Nov. 6.
Men's and Women's Cross Country
The men's and women's cross country teams open the season by hosting the Alumni 5K with Millersville at Baker Campus on Saturday, Sept. 3 at 6:30 p.m. The Little Three Meet takes place on Wednesday, Sept. 7 and will also take place at Baker Campus with the Diplomats serving as hosts for the annual event.
Haverford will host the CC Championships, which takes place on Saturday, Oct. 29 at 11:00 a.m, while the NCAA Mid-East Regionals are set for Saturday, Nov. 12 at 11:00 a.m. and are being hosted by DeSales.
Volleyball begins its 2016 schedule on the road against Lancaster Bible on Friday, Sept. 2 at 7:00 p.m. as part of the Crosstown Crossover Tournament that sees the Diplomats return to Mayser for a doubleheader home opener on Saturday against Elizabethtown (11:00 a.m.) and Penn St.-Berks (1:00 p.m.).
F&M's non-conference slate also features the F&M Scramble, which runs from Sept. 16-17 and will feature a total of seven teams with 14 matches being played in Mayser. CC play opens on the road against Swarthmore on Wednesday, Sept. 21, while playoffs begin with the first round on Wednesday, Nov. 2 and the CC Finals on Sunday, Nov. 6.
Additional Fall Competition
Several sports, which compete primarily in the spring, will participate in a number of tournaments and events for the fall portion of their schedule. Women's tennis will take part in the ITA Southeast Regional Championships, hosted by Mary Washington, beginning on Friday, Sept. 23, while the men's tennis team will compete in the same event the following weekend.
Men's golf is prepared to compete in five invitationals in the fall, wrapping up action at the annual F&M Fall Invitational, set for Monday, Oct. 17 at Bent Creek Country Club in Lancaster.
Currently, men's and women's rowing will take part in three regattas for the fall portion of their schedule, opening action at the Head of the Charles Regatta in Boston on Oct. 22-23 and ending with the Head of the Occoquan Regatta in Fairfax, Va., on Saturday, Nov. 5.
