Diplomats Compete at Delaware Open

NEWARK, Del. - Franklin & Marshall women's track and field competed against teams from Divisions I-III at the Delaware Open on Saturday. The Diplomats finished in 11th place, collecting 19 points. 

Top Performers

-Alyssa Ward recorded 10 points in the triple jump, taking first place with a distance of 10.98 meters.

-Ward went on to collect three more points for the Diplomats in the high jump, placing third with a height of 1.55 meters.

-Rachel Wylie took third place in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:07.03. Aleksandra Kiska finished eighth in the event, crossing the line in 1:10.55, while Kaitlin Muccio crossed the finish line with a time of 1:12.62 to come in 13th.  

-Jasmin Wright finished the javelin in 16th place with a distance of 27.93 meters.
