2011-2012: Earned All-American status for 3rd straight year by placing 8th in the 800 meters at the NCAA Women’s Outdoor Track & Field Championships… Named Mideast Region Women’s Track of the Year by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association… Won Centennial Conference title in the 1500 for 2nd straight year… Named Centennial Conference Athlete of the week three times… Broke F&M Records in the 800, 1500, and 5000 meters... Claimed two silver medals in 800 meters and 4x400 relay at the Centennial Conference Championships… Placed 3rd in 3000 meters at Millersville Metrics… 

2010-2011: Named All-American…Finished seventh in the 1,500 at NCAA Championships…Set school record of 4:58.27 in the mile at Cornell…Won three gold medals at the 2011 Centennial Conference Outdoor Championships…Named Athlete of the Week for the week ending April 17.

2009-2010: Earned All-American status with an 8th place finish at the NCAA Championships in the 800 meters... Won Gold in the 800 meters at the Centennial Conference Championships with a school record 2:12.60... Also took Bronze in the 1600 with a time of 4:43.79 at the Centennial Championships...

High School: Three year Varsity Soccer Player... One year Varsity Cross Country runner: 15th place medalist at the PIAA State Cross Country Championships in 2008.... Four Year Varsity Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field Runner, capturing 5th place in the 800 meters at 2007 Indoor PTFCA State Meet, 7th Place State Medalist in the 1600 meters in 2008 and 3rd Place the following year at the Outdoor PIAA Track and field Championships.  Also anchored the 2009 State Champion Distance Medley Relay team at the Indoor PTFCA State Meet.... Holds the Coatesville High School record in the 1600 meter run at 4:55.84 , along with the 4x800 meter relay and distance medley relay teams record.... 3rd Team All State 2009 (Outdoor), First Team All Area 2009 (Outdoor), First Team All Area 2009(Cross Country).... National Honor Society.
