F&M Shuts Down McDaniel

WESTMINSTER, Md. – Franklin & Marshall's women's tennis team earned its second consecutive Centennial Conference (CC) shutout on Wednesday afternoon, downing McDaniel by a 9-0 score.  

The Diplomats improved to 4-9, 3-2 CC while the Green Terror fell to 1-8, 0-5 CC. 

By the Numbers 

F&M outscored McDaniel by a 24-5 score in doubles play including a controlling 8-1 win from the duo of Gavriel Rubenstein and Allysan Breece. The Diplomats also won singles play handily as the No. 4-6 players all earned 6-0, 6-0 shutouts. 

Tuesday's decision marked the 36th straight win for F&M over McDaniel, its longest such streak against an opponent.
