Yale Blanks F&M Women

LANCASTER, Pa. - Morgan Smith was the only Diplomat to capture a game as #5 Yale shutout #23 Franklin & Marshall in women's squash Saturday evening. F&M fell to 0-3 with the loss, while Yale improved to 2-1.

After dropping the first game 11-8, Smith answered with an 11-9 win. Her opponent, Logan Greer, limited F&M's no. 1 to three points the rest of the way.

The Diplomats will look to bounce back tomorrow afternoon against George Washington University. The Colonials will be the Diplomats first opponent that doesn't hail from the Ivy League. F&M holds a 10-2 series lead over GWU, but have dropped the last two meetings.
