Franklin & Marshall Finishes Among National Leaders in 2004 NCAA Women's Soccer Home Attendance

LANCASTER, PA -- The Franklin & Marshall College women's soccer team finished among the national leaders in home attendance according to the final NCAA Division III attendance figures recently announced by the national office.

Ranked 11th in total attendance (2,146) and ninth in average attendance last year with an average of 214 attending each game, the Diplomats ranked 23rd in average attendance in 2004 as the team drew 2,027 fans to nine home dates for an average of 225 fans per game.

The figure marks the best average attendance in the Centennial Conference this year as Gettysburg College ranked 39th (169 fans per game).
