LANCASTER, Pa. - Franklin & Marshall's Nicole Bodo was named the Centennial Conference (CC) Defensive Player of the Week for field hockey, announced by the league office on Monday. The honor is the first of her career and the third of the season for the Diplomats.
Bodo started all three games as No. 5 F&M recorded three shutouts and allowed just 10 shots in a 3-0 week. The sophomore also got it done on the offensive end, scoring the game-winning goal in Monday's 3-0 win over McDaniel.
The Diplomats return to action on Tuesday, visiting Eastern for a 4:00 p.m. nonconference matchup.
