Three Match Road Trip Awaits Diplomats

LANCASTER, Pa. - Franklin & Marshall is set for a busy weekend of dual meet wrestling action as the Diplomats travel north for a trio of matches against Brown, Boston and Sacred Heart. Brown and Boston will both be competing in dual meets for the first time this weekend, while Sacred Heart enters the weekend at 0-2 on the year.

The Week Ahead:
• Saturday, Dec. 8 - Franklin & Marshall at Brown | 1:00 p.m.
• Saturday, Dec. 8 - Franklin & Marshall at Boston | 7:00 p.m.
• Sunday, Dec. 9 - Franklin & Marshall at Sacred Heart | 11:00 a.m.

Brown holds a 19-2 advantage in the all-time series that dates back to 1964. The Bears defeated the Diplomats 30-17 in Lancaster last year. F&M and Boston will meet for just the third time this Saturday. The Terriers took each of the first two matchups, including a 27-12 triumph in 2011-12. The Diplomats hold a slight 3-2 edge in the series against Sacred Heart, including victories in each of the last two seasons. F&M downed the Pioneers 36-15 last winter and 35-20 in the 2010-11 campaign.
