Moshos Named to Lancaster County Tennis Hall of Fame

LANCASTER, PA - Franklin & Marshall College men's tennis coach Mark Moshos is one of four members who will be inducted into the Lancaster County Tennis Hall of Fame at the Lancaster Tennis & Yacht Club on April 29.

An outstanding tennis player at Manheim Township High School and F&M, Moshos was a four-year letterwinner at both schools. A District Three singles finalist in his senior year of high school, he played #1-3 at F&M. The Towson State University singles tournament champion, he helped the Diplomats earn a berth in the 1980 NCAA National Championship Tournament.

Two-time champion of the Red Rose Tournament and a 10 time finalist, he was ranked #11 in the USTA/Middle States men's open division and was co-ranked #1 in the men's 35 age group.

Upon graduation from F&M in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts in business and economics, Moshos ranked second in career victories at the College (33-13) as he now ranks 15th in career wins.

The recipient of an MBA from Lehigh University in 1982, Moshos was appointed head coach of the Diplomats on February 23, 2004.
