LANCASTER, Pa. - Eric Corsini and Matt Krantz, members of the Franklin & Marshall men's soccer team, were named to the All-Centennial Conference team announced on Thursday. Both are making their first appearance on the All-CC squad.
Corsini, a junior tri-captain, was one of three defenders from the conference chosen to the first team. He started every game this season, scoring the game-winning goal in a 1-0 win over Cabrini on Sept. 23. Corsini helped the Diplomats post five shutouts and a 0.97 goals-against average, only allowing 16 goals.
Krantz, a sophomore midfielder, earned a spot on the second team after scoring two goals and dishing out two assists for six points. He was one of five players to start all 17 contests, scoring goals in the win over Gywnedd-Mercy and in a 2-all tie against Gettysburg.
F&M completed the season with an 8-5-4 overall record and 3-2-4 mark in the conference.
