Warner Takes Mid-Atlantic Invite, Diplomats Second

HERSHEY, Pa. – Cameron Warner shaved five strokes off his round one 78 and finished with a two over par (73) in the second round to win the Mid-Atlantic Invitational at the Hershey Country Club on Monday.  Warner finished (151) a stroke ahead of Cody Pestun from Wesley College on the par 71, 7,061-yard course.

The Diplomats took second in the 14-team tournament with a 651 and have finished in the top-two in seven of its nine events this season. 

Danny Liebowitz tied for 10th with 161 and Brendan Mohler carded 169 and tied for 29th. Robert Svigals (170) placed 33rd while Jeremy Rubin finished with 184.

F&M returns to action next Monday when the Diplomats host the Franklin & Marshall Invitational at Bent Creek Country Club.
