Franklin & Marshall mens basketball coach, Glenn Robinson, will be inducted into the Delaware County Chapter of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame on Sunday, June 28. Robinson will enter the Hall with a distinguished class that includes broadcasting legend, Harry Kalas, and Vince Papale, the former Philadelphia Eagle and subject of the 2006 film Invincible.

Danny Selig's NCAA Experience - Saturday
When I applied to Franklin and Marshall College (F and M), I had images of participating in fraternal shenanigans like the legends of Animal House, enormous college buildings, raving into the odd hours of the night and being surrounded by the most beautiful women in the world. When I arrived, I was dismayed to find that the buildings were only of average size, that I became a math major who never enjoyed the party life and that the women were not the most beautiful in the world.

Diplomats Return Nation's Fourth Place Team
The Franklin & Marshall mens basketball team will be coming home with the fourth-place trophy to end their season at the NCAA Championships, falling to Guilford 79-67 in the consolation game on Saturday at the Salem Civic Center.

Head coach Glenn Robinson earned his second postseason honor in one week being named D3hoops.com Coach of the Year, announced on Saturday. Robinson nabbed D3hoops.com All-Middle Atlantic Region Coach of the Year prior to the Diplomats departure for the NCAA Semifinals.

Anthony Brooks' NCAA Experience - Friday
Well once again, we had such a busy day in preparation for the game. Unfortunately we were forced, once again, to wake up at 9am for breakfast (something I havent really eaten since I was 10 years old). The hotel provided a good breakfast so I wont do too much complaining about that. After breakfast, we had some time to spare before going to walk through so Im sure most of the players took a nap since we all dont like being awake before noon.

Ospreys Slip Past Diplomats
In a contest that was tight throughout and featured 11 ties, the outcome was almost certain to come down to the final minutes of action. Michael Farrow gave Richard Stockton College the lead for good with 0:49 to play as the Ospreys move on to their first NCAA Division III Mens Basketball Championship Game with a 62-58 win over Franklin & Marshall College.

A 1967 graduate of West Chester University, Robinson became the all-time wins leader in Division III history by recording his 667th victory on February 14, 2004 at home versus Muhlenberg College. Robinson is 10th among all active NCAA coaches in victories and has already surpassed legendary UCLA coach John Wooden (664-112) for 24th on the all-time NCAA wins list. Historically, Robinson guided the Diplomats to the Division III Final Four in 1979, 1991, 1996 and 2000 and was named the Basketball Times Division III "Coach of the Year" in 1991. He has earned conference and NABC "Coach of the Year" honors 12 times, including the 2004 award for guiding the Diplomats to a 26-4 record, the Centennial Conference title and an NCAA Elite Eight berth.
